I'm a professor at Xavier University who also gets to steer some of our bigger AI and innovation work. I went to the University of Florida and got three degrees, and I've landed happily in Cincinnati, running on an unreasonable amount of coffee.
I work at the intersection of the workplace and the technology — the human side of AI. I help teams get motivated to use generative AI, then get trained to use it responsibly and grounded in how real people actually work, so it makes a real impact.
